how do I reactivate my membership?

You can reactivate your membership through the Account section of the Parent Hub or through the Settings section in the Parent App. No worries if you’ve forgotten your password. You can read more about how to reset it here.

Once you submit your request to restart your membership, a member of the Family Care Team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your request.
