It is not necessary to return your equipment if you are outside of the 30-day guarantee period.
If you are within your trial period, you can initiate a return through your account or by contacting the Family Care Team. All equipment must be returned in good, working condition. Once a return is requested, you'll have 14 days to complete the process.
For customers outside the US, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. As always, our Family Care Team is available to answer any questions.
If you are beyond your trial period, the equipment is yours to keep or donate.
